What should I send to receive a quote?
Your institution type, city and requirement list are enough. If you have no list, tell us your approximate patient volume; we will prepare a starting list from a typical consumption profile and refine it together with you.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum value for orders placed through Hekivon. In corporate supply under a framework agreement, the delivery plan is set up according to monthly consumption; this can also be applied to small institutions.
How can I see product documents?
ÜTS registration details and CE certificates of medical devices and consumables are sent with the quote file. For disinfectants, biocidal licence or notification details are shared.
Which provinces do you deliver to?
We deliver to all provinces of Türkiye. In Istanbul and its surroundings our own scheduled delivery network operates; in other provinces our contracted logistics partners do. Cold chain products are shipped under traceable conditions.
We are a public institution; can we get support in the procurement process?
Yes. We support your purchasing unit in matching products to the technical specification, compiling documents, supplying samples and preparing the bid file.
We do not use Afinitem software; can we still work together?
Of course. Information system integration is an optional additional service; supply, Hekivon and logistics services are open to all healthcare institutions.
