Smart Kiosk and Digital Health Hardware
Afinitem's in-house developed Smart Kiosk is a hardware and software package placed in healthcare facilities that performs AI-assisted patient pre-assessment. Patients sign in with their national ID, MHRS appointment or facial recognition, describe their complaint in writing or by voice; the system prioritizes the queue according to urgency and gives the physician structured preliminary information.
Hardware installation, software licence and maintenance are covered in a single contract. It integrates directly with Afinitem health information systems (WebAHBS and others).
